PLATFORM FAKEWHALE ALPHA is a curated digital art platform operated by Fakewhale Sagl (via delle scuole 3, 6900 Lugano-Paradiso, Switzerland). It offers access to limited-edition digital artworks by selected artists, available for purchase via primary and secondary market. 2. PURCHASES All purchases are final. No refunds are issued once a transaction is confirmed. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges the irreversible nature of blockchain-based transactions. Digital artworks are sold as unique or limited-edition tokens. Purchase grants ownership of the token and the associated display rights. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly stated per artwork. 3. SECONDARY MARKET FAKEWHALE ALPHA may display secondary market listings sourced from third-party marketplaces (including Verse). Fakewhale does not act as counterparty in secondary transactions and assumes no liability for pricing, availability, or transaction execution on external platforms. 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All branding, editorial content, and platform design are the exclusive property of Fakewhale Sagl. Artist works remain the intellectual property of the respective artists. 5. LIABILITY FAKEWHALE ALPHA is provided as-is. Fakewhale Sagl makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, pricing accuracy, or third-party integrations. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk. 6. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by Swiss law.
